Additional information
from Jim Last (21.03.2007):
Only vinyl appearance was Metallic Storm.
Played fast but catchy flavour of Metal with most songs lasting around 3-4 minutes maximum as I remember. Very loud bunch of bastards that put on a good show.
Split in 1984 much to the disappointment of many of their fans in South Wales (me included). I think they were a bit before their time musically as everyone else at the time was doing 9 minute epics. These lot jumped about like punks, looked like they were permanently pissed and having a laugh. Never seemed to take anything seriously.
I think they were the first band to play the Legendary TJs (aka El Sicos) in Newport. I heard a story that they blagged the owner into believing they played songs from the 1960s by auditioning "House of the Rising Sun". This got them the gig and they brought loads of their mates along. They got rebooked for the following week although the owner almost had a heart attack when they opened their set with Marshalls set to 12 and the walls bulging from the noise.
No idea where any of them ended up after the split. Shame really. Good band that influenced the scene around Newport.
