Yes, the huge quantity of the bands that play joyful sweet Melodic
Speed&Power appeared in Italy in 90s especially in the end of 90s; the
same bands were born hourly, they disbanded every hour and several same
bands appeared on the bones of those bands. Certainly there are and were
some primal pillars of the bands in corresponding genre, for example
Rhapsody, Labyrinth, White Skull, etc.; but for what do I speak all these
words? There are the bands in Italy which can't be pushed in any borders.
Are you bored to read about the same bands, is it more boringly to listen
to them? For a long time it is time to open for yourself Adramelch, that
went through other Italian bands from Melodic Heavy/Power(...) Metal army
hundred times and that's better in hundred times all these one-day bands.
The first album was still at that time when Italian Speed&Power was
not in a mine; the last album turned upside down all Italian Melodic
Power, if not for anybody, then even for me, that's great act itself - I'm
so choosey, it's hard to find for me something truly original.
Broken History - it isn't fast and of course it's not a sugar
album, with the amazing fruitiness, with the refinement of the melodies,
with the suddenness in the harmonic stream of the music. All music was
played with the greatest skill, without any falseness in the sounding
(unfortunately, it's a great sin for many Italian Power Metal bands).
There are many slow tracks or just the ballads on this album, that
undoubtedly increases value of an album because every band places only the
best one in the ballads. This release is arranged certainly with high
skill also - there are so many small features and such variety of sounding
there so it gives as a result a unforgettable scene, which seldom
meets.
This band doesn't breakthrough in anything super-brand-new on
musical scene, but it would be silly to compare Adramelch to someone's
else who plays the same matchless music.
